FAQ'S
Please be sure to read these before ordering!
1: How do I order a suit?
Answer: You will need to send me an email in the ''Contact Us'' section telling me you're ready to purchase your suit.
2: How do I pay for the suit?
Answer: You can send me the money via PayPal [online], Check, Money Order or Cash [through mail].
3: How do I know how much my suit will be?
Answer: If you want to know the approx amount your suit will cost, you can drop me an email in the ''Contact Us'' section, with a clear 3 to 4 way angle, well made color in, or drawn yourself reference.
4: Do I pay for shipping costs? If so, how much is it?
Answer: The buyer pays for shipping, shipping prices will depends on buyers location, which can vary from 20$-600$. Scary, I know.
5: Can I change my order later on?
Answer: As long as the change is before I have started on your order. The price will increase or stay the same, depending on the complexity of the character and how much more materials need to be added in to finish it.
6: Where do you get your fur and other materials?
Answer: I get my fur from Distinctive Fabrics and SYFabrics, and my building materials from Michael's, Jo-Anns and WalMart.
7: Can I get a refund?
Answer: If your suit has already been started on, you cannot get a refund, I am sorry but I do not have the time, or room to keep an unpaid for, half finished item in my domain.
8: Can I pay in parts?
Answer: Yes, you can pay in parted payments, but once a payment has been put down and the suit has been started on, you CANNOT back out, so this way of payment must be well thought out before hand.
9: Can I purchase a fursuit to be shipped to someone else as a gift?
Answer: You sure can, if you'd like the suit to wait to be posted on this site till after your surpriser get's it, just add that into the conversation and the images will be put on hold to the site, you will get to see them privately through email if you'd like, though.
10: Can I order a fursuit with openings for sexual intercourse?
Answer: No, I am sorry but I will not for now, if ever, make a fursuit that will be used for sexual intercourse/have sexual parts/openings in them.
11: Can I refund my fursuit if I do not wish to have it/do not like it anymore?
Answer: No, I do not accept fursuit refunds, if you are no longer interested in your previously ordered suit, you can sell it on a bidding site or fur site such as Ebay, FurBid, FurBuy, FurAffinity and so on. If you'd like to use that money towards a new suit for yourself, you may, but depending on the complexity and material your new character will require, the price will go up from what you sold your previous suit for. You are also not aloud to post that you made it, taking credit for anothers creation [mine] is forbidden against my suits.
